Through this scheme, our government allocates Vuda Plots to the citizens at lower prices. Means one vuda plot for one family. Recently AP Govt of Andhra Pradesh has launched Jagananna Smart Town ship. Now the government is going to provide vacant land / plots to middle-income group employees. The scheme is very suitable for employees or citizens basing on some terms and conditions. This article covers all the important aspects of Jagananna Smart Town Yojana.
About Jagananna Smart TownShip: AP
The Government of Andhra Pradesh has launched Jagananna Smart TownShip. In this plan, residential vuda approved plots will be allotted to small and middle-income group families at very affordable prices. Approximately More than 35 lakh families may get benefit from this smart township plan. This Layout plan has been launched to support Small income Group and middle-income group families who are not affordable to buy plots. On no-profit no-loss basis, to fulfill their dream of owning a own residential VUDA/DTCP approved plot with a low budget and with 100 % loan support from banks. Andhra Pradesh government is planning this township scheme / plan in every constituency across the whole state.
All the district collectors have also instructed the officials of the department concerned regarding the smart township. This project will be self-sustainable, finding Govt lands, land pooling for layouts and where land will be acquired from people willing to give them & government lands by following the below rules.

- One Plot per one family.
- Annual Household Income: Up to Rs.18,00,000.
- Age: 18 Years and above.
- Shall be a resident of Andhra Pradesh.
- The Applicant shall possess a valid Aadhar Card.
